On the night of October 11, Russian forces launched attack drones into Ukrainian territory. Several regions came under fire. In particular, Russian occupiers launched a massive attack on Odesa. The enemy targeted critical infrastructure in the city. Preliminary reports indicate hits, according to local media.
As a result of enemy shelling, power outages have already been reported in the city, leaving some residents without power.
The head of the Odessa OVA, Oleg Kiper, reported that air defense is operating in the city.
The air force and local authorities reported activity by several drone groups near Chuguev in the Kharkiv region. Enemy drones are moving through Sedniv toward Chernihiv and through Okhtyrka toward Poltava Oblast.
In the Chernihiv region, drones were recorded flying near Novgorod-Siverskyi, and in the Kharkiv region, near Lozova.
Individual drone groups are observed flying over the Black Sea. From there, they head toward the Odesa region, specifically Odesa and Chornomorsk.
Air defense forces are working to destroy targets in several regions. Potential damage or casualties are being determined.
As a reminder, on the evening of October 10, Russian troops launched a drone strike on official vehicles of JSC Chernihivblenergo near the village of Zhadovo in the Semenivka community, located in the border area of ​​Chernihiv Oblast.
