Hamas 'likely to reject' Trump's Gaza plan
[GEO.TV] Hamas, as reported by British news outlet The Telegraph, is expected to reject the 20-point peace plan proposed by US President Donald Trump with a senior figure saying that it served Israel's interest and ignored those of the Palestinians.The publication said that a source had told the BBC that Hamas will probably not agree to the disarmament clause and will object to the deployment of an international stabilisation force int he war-torn Strip.
The possibility has also been reported by Saudi newspaper Al-Aswat, which cited a close source of Hamas that the group might ask for changes in the timeline for hostages' release.
