[Korrespondent] The most active fighting continues in the Pokrovsk sector. There, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already repelled nearly 30 Russian assaults.
Since the beginning of the current day, 89 combat clashes have occurred on the front, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in an operational report on Tuesday, September 30.
Thus, six attacks by Russian troops took place in the Severo-Slobodskoy and Kursk directions.
In the South Slobodskoy direction, two enemy attacks were repelled near Vovchansk.
In the Liman direction, the invaders carried out seven attacks near the settlements of Novomikhaylovka, Grekovka, Kolodyazi, Yampolivka and in the direction of Drobishevoye.
In the Seversky direction, the occupiers attempted to advance six times toward Yampol, Dronovka, and the Serebryanka area. Two clashes are currently ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the aggressors unsuccessfully attacked three times in the area of ​​Belaya Gora and in the direction of Predtechnoye.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 11 assaults in the areas of Toretsk, Dilievka, Yablunovka, Katerynivka, Rusiny Yar, and Poltavka. Four clashes are ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian invaders carried out 32 attacks near the villages of Volodymyrivka, Nikanorovka, Rodynske, Chervony Lyman, Novoekonomichnoe, Mirolyubovka, Promin, Lisivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Kotlin, Udachnoye, Molodetskoye, Gorikhove, and Filiya. Fighting continues in three locations.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy attempted to break through the defenses in the areas of the settlements of Zeleny Gai, Poddubnoye, Vorone, Sosnovka, Sichnevoye, Kalinovskoye, Ternovoye, Olgovskoye and Novogrigorovka.
In the Gulyai-Pole direction, our defenders repelled an attack by the occupiers in the Poltavka area.
In the Dnieper area, the enemy twice unsuccessfully attempted to approach Ukrainian Armed Forces positions. Another clash continues.
As a reminder, Russia lost nearly 1,000 service members killed and wounded in the 24 hours of September 29. The total number of Russian casualties is approaching 1.2 million.
