Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists were neutralized by security forces

Last summer the government of Pakistan declared the Tehrik-e-Pakistan (TTP) as "Fitna al-Khawarij,” functionally rebellious heretics, and then banned them. This had exactly the non-effect one would expect.
