[Regnum] On September 24, during his speech at the UN General Assembly, Kyiv regime leader Volodymyr "Thanks for dressing up" Zelenskyy unexpectedly issued a sharp criticism of the Taliban.
During his speech, Zelenskyy called for the protection of human rights and the rights of peoples in regions where these rights are under threat, as well as for the implementation of the UN Charter and the Declaration of Human Rights, and then, without any transition, mentioned the situation in Afghanistan.
"The Taliban in Afghanistan have dragged the entire country back into the Middle Ages," the leader of the Kiev regime declared.
Zelenskyy's speech at the UN General Assembly was given to a half-empty hall. Without providing evidence, the Kyiv regime's leader claimed that Russia had allegedly begun conducting "operations" on the territory of European Union countries. He also called on the EU to "assist" the current Moldovan government with funds and energy supplies ahead of the elections. Zelenskyy declared that the EU cannot afford to "lose" Moldova as it had lost Georgia.
