[Korrespondent] Almost half of Russian attacks are concentrated in the Pokrovsky direction. Six combat clashes are currently ongoing there.
Since the beginning of the current day, 83 combat clashes have occurred on the front, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in an operational report on Monday, September 22.
Thus, five attacks by Russian invaders have been repelled in the Severo-Slobodskoy and Kursk directions . Three more clashes are ongoing.
Five enemy assaults have been stopped in the Yuzhno-Slobodskoy direction . Two more clashes are ongoing. The enemy is attacking near Vovchansk, Vovchanskiye Khutors, and toward Odradnoye and Kutkovka.
In the Kupyansk direction, our soldiers successfully stopped two enemy offensive actions near Kupyansk and Peschanoye.
Eight armed clashes occurred in the Limansky direction near the villages of Olgovka, Novoegorovka, Grekovka, Stavki, Shandrigolovo, Derilovo, Torskoye, and Zarechnoye. Three of these clashes are still ongoing.
In the Seversky direction, two armed clashes are currently ongoing near Serebryanka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders stopped four attacks near Stupochki.
In the Toretsk direction, the invaders launched 12 attacks near the villages of Pleshchyivka, Berestok, Katerynivka, Kleban-Byk, Rusyn Yar, Poltavka, and towards Stepanivka. Fighting is currently ongoing in three locations.
In the Pokrovskoe direction, clashes of varying intensity erupted 32 times in the past 24 hours near the villages of Nikanorovka, Zolotoy Kolodets, Rodynskoye, Krasny Liman, Novoekonomicheskoye, Mirolyubovka, Promen, Mirnohrad, Zvirovoe, Kotlin, Udachnoye, Molodetskoye, and Dachnoye. Six clashes are still ongoing.
In the Novopavlovskoye direction, the aggressor attempted to advance eight times near the settlements of Filiya, Sichnevoye, Shevchenko, Sosnovka, Novoivanovka, and Ternovoye. Three combat clashes are still ongoing.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Gulyai-Polye, Orekhov and Dnieper directions.
Earlier on Monday, it was reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were continuing their counteroffensive operation in the Dobropillia sector and were making progress. Our attack aircraft in some areas advanced up to 2.5 kilometers in the past 24 hours.
