[Korrespondent] Almost a third of Russian attacks are concentrated in the Pokrovsk direction. There, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are repelling attacks in the areas of 17 settlements.
Since the beginning of the current day, 88 battles between the Ukrainian army and the Russian invaders have taken place on the front. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an operational report on Monday, September 15.
Thus, in the Severo-Slobodskoy and Kursk directions the enemy attempted to carry out offensive actions three times.
In the Yuzhno-Slobodskoy direction, our military repelled three enemy assaults near Vovchansk, Vovchanskiye Khutors, Ambarny and Krasny Pervy. Seven more clashes are ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked six times in the areas of the settlements of Kindrashevka, Zagrizovo and in the direction of Kupyansk. Another clash continues.
In the Liman direction, Ukrainian units repelled five attacks in the direction of the settlements of Srednee, Stavki and near Grekovka, Derylovoe, Shandrigolovoe, Kolodyazi, Torskoe. Six attacks are ongoing.
In the Seversky direction, one enemy attack has been stopped, four combat clashes are continuing. The occupiers' units are trying to advance in the areas of Serebryanka, Grigorovka and towards the settlements of Yampol, Dronovka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, two armed clashes occurred in the direction of Stupochki and Belaya Gora.
In the Toretsk direction, Russian occupiers stormed the areas of Shcherbinovka, Katerinovka and in the direction of Pleshchievka, Rusiny Yar, Poltavka seven times. Two attacks were repelled, five more clashes are ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the occupiers carried out 25 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vladimirivka, Zapovednoye, Novoekonomicheskoye, Kotlin, Udachnoye, Dachnoye and in the direction of Volnoye, Chervony Liman, Mirnograd, Rodinsky, Promyan, Zvirovoye, Molodetsky, Novopidgorodnoye, Novopavlovka, Ternovoye, Novoivanovka. One battle is currently ongoing.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the invaders launched an offensive 16 times near the settlements of Yalta, Komyshuvakha, Vorone and in the direction of Filiya, Iskry, Sichnevoy, Olgovskoye. Two combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Orekhov direction, the enemy attacked twice in the Kamyanka area and in the direction of Novodanilovka.
In the Dnieper direction, our defenders repelled four attacks by the occupiers.
Earlier on Monday, it became known that Ukrainian troops had liberated the village of Pankovka and adjacent territories in the Pokrovsky district of Donetsk region from Russian invaders. This was reported by the 1st Corps of the Azov National Guard.
