Russians have used pipes for the third time after the incidents near Sudzha and in Avdiivka to infiltrate their groups. This was reported by the analytical monitoring project DeepState.

The route to the outskirts of Kupyansk takes about 4 days, so special places for rest and food supplies have been made along the way.
Thus, the organized enemy groups reach Radkovka without serious losses, and then move south to the forest, which they control. After that, they disperse in Kupyansk and reach the railway," the report says.
Analysts said that Kupyansk itself already has takeoff positions for Russian FPV pilots.
The problem is the lack of forced evacuation of local residents who are in the same houses as the enemy, which is why it is impossible to inflict damage.
As we have already written, more than 95% of buildings in Kupyansk have been destroyed or damaged, and it is impossible to deliver humanitarian aid there due to the activity of Russian drones.
