According to him, the next Russian expedition to the Moon is planned for 2028. Its goal will be to study the exosphere, study the features of the celestial body's gravitational field, and conduct topographic surveys. After that, it is planned to send two more devices: one to the south pole of the Moon, and the second to the north. The probe that will be sent after them will have to collect soil samples and then deliver them to Earth.
“We’ll check the landing sites, we have a good group of space geographers,” Zeleny explained.
