[Korrespondent] The most active battles continue in the Pokrovsk direction. There, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already repelled 20 attacks in the areas of 11 settlements.
Since the beginning of the current day, 76 combat clashes have occurred on the front. Most of the attacks by Russian invaders have already been repelled, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in an operational report on Tuesday, September 2.
Thus, in the Severo-Slobodskoy and Kursk directions our defenders repelled three attacks by the Russians. Another battle continues.
In the Yuzhno-Slobodskoy direction, three enemy attacks have been stopped in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk and Krasnoye Pervoye. Four more combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the aggressors stormed the areas of Kupyansk and Petropavlovka four times. Two combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Liman direction, the invading army attacked five times near the settlements of Karpovka, Kolodyagi and in the direction of the settlement of Dronovka. Three combat clashes continue.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers made 10 attempts to advance forward in the direction of the settlements of Stupochki and Predtechino. Four combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Toretsk direction, our soldiers stopped four enemy offensives in the areas of the settlements of Shcherbinovka, Toretsk, Yablunovka and Poltavka. Another combat clash continues.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the occupiers carried out 21 assaults near the settlements of Mayak, Novoye Shakhovoye, Volnoye, Dachnoye, Novoekonomicheskoye, Mirolyubovka, Mirnograd, Promen, Lisovka, Udachnoye and in the direction of Pokrovsk. The defense forces have already stopped 20 attacks.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy attacked three times in the Ivanovka and Shevchenko areas. Two combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy twice attempted to advance in the direction of the settlement of Antonovka.
