[Korrespondent] Ukrainian volunteer warns of possible major Russian army offensive "in the near future".
The Chief of the General Staff of the army of the aggressor country, Valery Gerasimov, summed up the results of the spring-summer campaign on the front in Ukraine and outlined plans for the occupiers for the fall.
He promised to continue the so-called "SVO" in Ukraine, planning offensive operations on our territory, but did not give any details. So what could Russia's autumn campaign be like? Let's look into the plot.
"OFFENSIVE IN THE NEAR FUTURE"
In the coming days, the Russian army may likely launch a serious offensive, the head of the Center for Support of Aerial Reconnaissance and the Victory Drones Technology Project, Maria Berlinskaya, said the day before.
"There is information that the Russians will launch a serious offensive in the coming days. What does this mean for us? Everything is as always - keep calm and help the front even more in the coming weeks. Transfer everything necessary and more. Especially in the Donetsk direction," the volunteer wrote.
She called on Ukrainians to convey the truth about events in our country to Western journalists.
"Tell human stories, what the war has done, explain with specific examples what Russian terror is. We need to convey one simple idea to the Western world - Putin will stop only where we stop him together. And if they don't turn on full force now, if Ukraine falls - they will be next," Berlinskaya concluded.
DANGEROUS DIRECTIONS
Military expert Bogdan Miroshnikov identifies four potential sections of the front where the enemy will make maximum efforts in the fall.
"This is Pokrovsk-Mirnograd. Konstantinovka. Kupyansk. Liman-Seversk. Much has already been said about this, so I will not repeat myself. Obviously, only time and our actions will show whether the enemy will be able to capture at least one of these cities," the expert writes.
In parallel with this, he draws attention to the Gulyaipole-Orekhov-Stepnogorsk line.
“I really don’t like the composition of the enemy forces and resources deployed there,” Miroshnikov notes.
WHAT IS THE PLAN?
The Russians have very ambitious plans for an offensive in September, confirms the military public Operational Inform. In particular, the enemy plans to advance from the settlement of Zolotoy Kolodets through Barvenkovo to Dolgenkoye in the Kharkov region by October.
