[Regnum] A dry cargo ship is in distress off the coast of Odessa. This was reported on August 31 by the Telegram channel "Ukraina.ru"
Local residents claim to have heard an explosion at sea - allegedly one of the ships was damaged by a mine planted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). As a result, the dry cargo ship was damaged and began to sink.
The footage published online shows that the vessel has tilted sharply and is stern-first in the water. The captain of one of the ships at anchor also showed on video how close the floating mines are to the shore.
The name of the dry cargo ship and its affiliation are not specified. The authorities have not yet commented on the incident.
