From August 2 to 8, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out seven group strikes with high-precision weapons and attack unmanned aerial vehicles, during which gas transportation system facilities supporting the operation of enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, transport infrastructure used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a territorial recruitment center, command posts, as well as warehouses for long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, military airfield infrastructure, a workshop for the production of unmanned boats, as well as temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations, nationalists and foreign mercenaries were hit.
Over the course of a week, units of the North group of forces in the Sumy region defeated concentrations of manpower and equipment of a tank, three mechanized, two airborne assault, and a Jaeger brigades, two assault regiments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and a territorial defense brigade.
In the Khar'kov region, the group's units improved their tactical position, inflicted defeat on the formations of the mechanized, motorized infantry, artillery brigades, the assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and two territorial defense brigades.
Over the course of a week, in the area of responsibility of the North group of forces, the enemy suffered losses of over 1,290 servicemen, a tank, 17 combat armored vehicles, and 80 automobiles.
A total of 26 field artillery guns, three electronic warfare stations, and 19 ammunition and supply depots were destroyed.
The units of the "West" group of forces have taken up more advantageous lines and positions. The formations of three mechanized, assault, airmobile brigades, a regiment of unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a territorial defense brigade and a national guard brigade have been defeated.
The enemy lost more than 1,615 servicemen, three tanks and nine combat armored vehicles. 85 vehicles, 12 artillery pieces, 28 ammunition depots and 48 electronic and counter-battery warfare stations were destroyed.
Units of the Southern Group of Forces continued to advance into the depths of the enemy's defenses and liberated the settlement of Aleksandro-Kalinovo in the Donetsk People's Republic.
They inflicted losses on the manpower and equipment of five mechanized, motorized infantry, assault, airmobile, mountain assault, and artillery brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, two territorial defense brigades, the Azov* special forces brigade, and the Lyut assault brigade battalion of the National Police of Ukraine.
Over the course of a week, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost over 1,075 servicemen, a tank, and 13 armored combat vehicles in this area.
Nineteen vehicles, 20 field artillery pieces, including three Western-made ones, three electronic warfare stations and six ammunition depots were destroyed.
Units of the Center group of forces continued offensive operations on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Dnepropetrovsk region.
The following formations were defeated: four mechanized, two airborne assault, assault, airborne, airmobile, ranger, infantry brigades, a brigade of unmanned systems, two assault regiments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, two brigades of marines, two territorial defense brigades and two brigades of the National Guard.
The enemy lost up to 2,725 servicemen, two tanks and 19 armored combat vehicles. 28 vehicles and 16 artillery pieces were destroyed.
Over the past week, units of the "East" military group, as a result of active and decisive actions, liberated the settlement of Yanvarskoye in the Dnepropetrovsk region.
The manpower and equipment of three mechanized brigades, a mountain assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, three territorial defense brigades, a naval infantry brigade, and a national guard brigade were damaged.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost over 1,530 servicemen, two tanks, nine armored combat vehicles, 51 automobiles, and 11 field artillery pieces, including two Western-made ones.
Four electronic and counter-battery warfare stations, as well as two ammunition and supply depots, were destroyed.
Units of the Dnepr group of forces defeated formations of two mechanized, mountain assault brigades, three coastal defense brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, three territorial defense brigades and a national guard brigade.
More than 490 servicemen, two combat armored vehicles, 34 cars, seven artillery pieces, 39 electronic and counter-battery warfare stations, as well as 24 warehouses of ammunition, material resources, military-technical property and fuels and lubricants were destroyed.
Air defense systems shot down eight British-made Storm Shadow air-launched cruise missiles, ten US-made HIMARS multiple launch rockets, nine guided aerial bombs and 1,508 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles.
The Black Sea Fleet destroyed three unmanned enemy boats in the Black Sea.
In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the following have been destroyed:
