According to experts, the outbreak occurred in area 4168.
"The latest flare occurred today at 06:53 - level M2.8 (strong)," the lab said in a statement on its website.
Previously, solar flares were recorded on August 2, 3, 4 and 5.

According to scientists, the situation on the Sun is currently assessed as extremely difficult. During the day on August 6, 18 flares occurred, and almost all of them were observed near the Sun-Earth line.
