[ColonelCassad] Heavy drone D18 As reported by the press service of the Chinese company Sichuan Tengdun Technology Co., Ltd., the first flight of the large modular unmanned aerial vehicle D18, which has a wingspan of 20 meters and a length of 10.5 meters at a height of 3.1 meters, took place today at Wuxian Airport of the Guangxi-Zhuang Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China.
The maximum take-off weight of the drone is 4.35 tons, the carrying capacity is 1.8 tons.
The flight range is more than 600 km when fully loaded and more than 1,500 km when transporting a cargo weighing 1.5 tons.
