[Regnum] The Second Western District Military Court extended the arrest period of the perpetrators and accomplices of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, by six months. This was reported on August 4 by the representative of 127 victims, lawyer Lyudmila Aivar.
“The court ruled to extend the defendants’ detention for six months, until 01/07/2026,” REN TV quotes her as saying.
The prosecutor requested an extension of the arrest period.
Earlier, on August 4, a criminal case began in Moscow against the perpetrators and accomplices of the terrorist attack in Crocus. More than 50 victims and their representatives participated in the process, which was held behind closed doors.
The perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Crocus, Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, Shamsiddin Fariduni and Muhammadsobir Faizov (individuals included in the Russian Federation list of terrorists and extremists) fully admitted their guilt.
The accomplices in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus refused to fully admit guilt. And Isroil, Dilovar, Aminchon Islomov and Alisher Kasimov (individuals included in the list of terrorists and extremists in the Russian Federation) declared their innocence.
