They specify that on March 21, 2024, four terrorists, on the instructions of an unidentified person with the pseudonym “Saifullo,” destroyed their mobile phones in order to conceal their criminal activity as much as possible.
"Saifullo" instructed them to purchase new mobile phones, as well as knives, with the aim of using them as weapons to commit a terrorist act. On the same day, [Shamsidin] Fariduni (included in the list of terrorists and extremists), on the instructions of an unidentified person, "Saifullo" purchased four mobile phones and four household knives in the "O'Key" store, located in a shopping center at the address: Moscow Region, Krasnogorsk," TASS quoted an excerpt from the materials.
In addition, before committing the crime, the perpetrators of the terrorist attack downloaded training videos from the Internet, with the help of which they independently made unloading vests from fabric for storing ammunition, which they used during the terrorist attack.
Earlier, on July 26, it became known that the accomplices delivered weapons to the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Crocus in a car with a special hiding place. The Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested the property of Alisher Kasimov (an individual included in the list of terrorists and extremists in the Russian Federation), accused of involvement in the terrorist attack in the concert hall in Krasnogorsk.
