| #6 The Rule of the Bottom Quintile: Maybe the most important thing you learn by attending public school is that we are all at the mercy of the bottom quintile. The rules you follow in life will be based on the behavior of the bottom quintile, the taxes you pay are to support the bottom quintile, the greatest risks to your life and property will come from the bottom quintile, the dearth of comfortable public spaces is because you have to allow the bottom quintile to be there, our zoning laws are developed for fear of the bottom quintile. Probably best to learn and accept this early. |

| #1 How about, ONLY allowing those citizens actually paying taxes to vote on what and how their taxes can be spent? Not some collection of Government supported persons or tax and spend politicians filling their pockets. Just hold Tax-Elections for all taxes, spending and increases. Let the "Taxpaying" Voters decide what they want to pay taxes on and what government to live with or live without. Because naturally districts, politicians owned by the elite, and metros overpopulated with Government supported person will vote themselves more $$$$, since someone else is paying for it. |
