RETURN OF CIVILIANS:
The issue of the return of civilians displaced as a result of military operations was discussed with Ukraine.
Not all residents of the Kursk region, displaced by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the territory of Ukraine, have been returned home; there are about 30 of them.
The reason why they are being held is unclear.
Kyiv must clarify the status of these people.
Russia is ready to exchange residents of the Kursk region held by Ukraine for captured military personnel and other categories of persons.
DISCUSSION OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION:

Most of the children listed in the Ukrainian lists of those allegedly taken to the territory of the Russian Federation have never been on Russian territory. This was reported on July 23 by the head of the Russian delegation at the negotiations in Istanbul and aide to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky.
The Commissioners for Human Rights and Children's Rights in Russia are working on a list of Ukrainian children who are allegedly on Russian territory.
It turned out that a large number of children on the list had never crossed the country's borders. Medinsky added that the list sometimes included the names of adults, not children.
Earlier, Regnum news agency reported that, as stated by the Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, member of the Russian delegation at the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations in Istanbul Mikhail Galuzin, Russia raised with Ukraine the issue of returning Russian children taken by Kiev to Ukraine and the EU countries. He added that the Russian side expects Ukraine to be as attentive to Russian children as Russia is to Ukrainian children.
The third round of Russian-Ukrainian talks took place on the evening of July 23 at the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul. It lasted about 40 minutes.
