Last night, the Russian Armed Forces successfully carried out an operation to mass eliminate the enemy air force.
As a result of the joint work of the Russian Aerospace Forces, missile forces, and reconnaissance, two Su-27s and up to 10 pieces of support equipment were destroyed at the Ozerny airfield, and an attack was made on the location of the airfield personnel - the enemy lost up to 30 servicemen of the engineering and technical service.
An aviation weapons depot and a fuel and lubricants storage facility were destroyed. At the same time, a combined attack was made on the Lutsk airfield.
As a result of the attack, one F-16 aircraft, up to eight pieces of ground support equipment, and 2 radar stations were destroyed.
A strike was made on a fortified shelter where the airfield personnel were located, as a result of the attack, three foreign specialists supporting the F-16 were killed, in addition, 10 people from the engineering and technical service of the Ukrainian Air Force were killed. In addition, up to 30 people with injuries of varying severity were taken from the airfield to city medical institutions.

Russian Armed Forces launched a group strike with Kinzhal missiles on Ukrainian military airfields
On the night of July 9, the Russian army launched a group attack on the infrastructure of Ukrainian military airfields, including using Kinzhal aeroballistic hypersonic missile systems. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.
"Tonight, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a group strike with long-range air-launched high-precision weapons, including Kinzhal hypersonic aeroballistic missiles and long-range strike unmanned aerial vehicles, on the infrastructure of military airfields," follows from a message on the department's Telegram channel.
All designated targets were hit, the Ministry of Defense noted.
In addition, over the course of the day, air defense systems shot down 226 enemy drones, nine guided aerial bombs, and four American-made HIMARS multiple launch rockets.
At the same time, the Russian Armed Forces destroyed ammunition depots of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, temporary deployment points of Ukrainian troops and foreign mercenaries in 135 districts.
As reported by the Regnum news agency, on July 8, the Russian army struck the gas energy infrastructure involved in ensuring the operation of the military-industrial complex (MIC) of Ukraine. On the same day, the Russian Aerospace Forces struck a field ammunition depot of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stationed near the village of Pushkarevka in the Sumy region.
