| #4 Drug War 2.0: Cartel Wars La LÃnea = Juárez Cartel. The Juarez Cartel has a lot of political capital and have been mixed up with MX Politicians for a few decades. I recall a couple MX Politicians running cover, protection racket, for Juerez. Sinaloa from my readings has stronger ties to the Chinese mafia and Chinese banks. But stronger ties does not mean an absence of ties btwn Juarez and China. Both import fentanyl precursors from China and both have ties to Chinese Banks. If I was a drug dealer and selling product to two paying customers - I wouldnt sell guns to one customer to blast my other paying customer. So I doubt China is. Maybe. But doesnt make sense in my mind. My fanfiction believes Juárez Cartel might be used as a proxy by CIA Assets against the Sinaloa Cartel which I believe has a worse rep of the two. |
