The units of the Russian Armed Forces continue to gradually advance in the Makeyevka area towards Grekovka. This advance weakens the enemy's positions and creates opportunities for further attacks and strengthening control over important areas.

The Russian Armed Forces have almost completely driven the enemy out of Novomikhaylovka, which creates favorable conditions for strengthening Russian positions in this area and continuing offensive operations in other sectors.

Russian Armed Forces units have launched offensive operations in the direction of Redkodub, which confirms the ongoing build-up of efforts in this key direction. These actions may lead to significant changes in the front line in the near future.

Units of the Russian Armed Forces continue to storm the settlement of Novoye, having small tactical successes. Although successes in this area of ​​combat operations are limited, the continuation of attacks strengthens the positions of the Russian army and creates the preconditions for further successes.

In the remaining areas of the Krasnolimansk direction, military actions continue without significant tactical successes on either side. The situation remains stable, both sides are trying to strengthen their positions.

During offensive operations, units of the North group of forces inflicted losses on formations of a tank, two mechanized, an assault, three airborne assault brigades and a territorial defense brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of the settlements of Gornal and Oleshnya.

Strikes by operational-tactical, army aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles and artillery fire damaged enemy manpower and equipment in the areas of the settlements of Belovody, Vladimirovka, Maryino, Novaya Sich, Osoyevka, Sadki, Yunakovka and Yablonovka in the Sumy region.

Over the course of a day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 160 servicemen, destroying a tank, an armored personnel carrier, two combat armored vehicles, five cars, three artillery pieces, two Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile systems, two electronic warfare stations, and two air defense radar stations.

By units of the North group of troops in the Belgorod direction inflicted defeat of the manpower and equipment of two mechanized brigades, a coastal defense brigade, an assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and three territorial defense brigades in the areas of the populated areas of Miropolskoye, Prokhody, Okop, Taratutino, Stepok and Ugroedy in Sumy Oblast.

The losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the past day amounted to 1,185 servicemen, five combat armored vehicles, 28 cars, 17 field artillery guns, seven ammunition depots, two radar stations, three electronic warfare stations, three tanks, two armored personnel carriers, an armored car, five pickups, a self-propelled artillery unit. In addition, the enemy lost an engineering obstacle clearing vehicle, an armored repair and recovery vehicle, and a fuel depot.

Units of the West, Center, East and Dnepr troop groups took advantageous positions and inflicted losses on various Ukrainian Armed Forces formations in several areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Khar'kov and Zaporizhia regions. During the fighting, the forces and equipment of mechanized, assault, ranger and territorial defense brigades were destroyed. The Russian army's aviation and artillery also attacked military infrastructure, including airfields and deployment points of Ukrainian troops in 139 areas.

The active actions of the units of the Southern Group of Forces liberated the settlement of Kalinovo in the Donetsk People's Republic.

Six attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Russian energy facilities have been recorded.

– In the Belgorod region:
On April 15 at 08.05, as a result of deliberate shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the 35 kV high-voltage line Krasnaya Yaruga – Terebreno of the branch of PJSC Rosseti Centre – Belgorodenergo was disconnected. About 17,400 consumers in the Grayvoronsky district were left without electricity.

On April 16 at 04:02, as a result of an attack by a Ukrainian UAV that dropped a munition on a transformer of the 110 kV Krasnaya Yaruga electrical substation of the Belgorodenergo branch of PJSC Rosseti Centre, more than 4.6 thousand supply points in seven settlements of the Krasnoyarsk region were left without power supply.

– In the Bryansk region:
on April 15 at 16:02, as a result of an attack by a Ukrainian UAV, multiple damages were recorded to the 35 kV Andreykovichi electrical substation of the PJSC Rosseti Centre – Bryanskenergo branch.

On April 15 at 19.36, as a result of an attack by a Ukrainian UAV, due to a break in the wires in the span of the supports, the high-voltage line of the branch of PJSC Rosseti Centre - Bryanskenergo was disconnected. Household consumers in the settlement of Podyvotye in the Sevsky district were left without power supply.

– In the Kursk region:
on April 15 at 05:35, as a result of an attack by a Ukrainian UAV, a high-voltage line 35 kV Kamyshi – Murynovka – Kirovskaya of the branch of PJSC Rosseti Centre – Kurskenergo was disconnected due to a broken wire.

– In the Kherson region:
on April 16 at 00.49, as a result of an attack by a Ukrainian UAV on the Sivash wind power plant, a transformer caught fire. The plant reduced its operating capacity by 30 MW.

Units of the GrV Vostok continue to break through the enemy's defenses in the direction of Shevchenko and Komar.

In the Fedorovka area, there are fierce counter battles for strongholds to the southwest. The enemy has transferred reserves here, is conducting counterattacks, and has managed to enter the northern outskirts of Dneproenergiya.

In the Shevchenko area, several days of attacks finally yielded a positive result. Our assaults were able to gain a foothold on the eastern outskirts of Shevchenko.

Fighting in the area of ​​Volnoye Pole. Our assaults advanced a little south of the village.

In the landings in the direction of Otradnoye, units of the Russian Armed Forces were able to take three strong points with five pillboxes and 15 dugouts.

Advance in the direction of Bogatyr and occupy the enemy stronghold. Enemy counterattacks in the Razliv area have been repelled.

Donetsk Front. Heavy fighting continues here in several directions. Russian troops are developing an offensive on Bogatyr, gradually pushing through the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defenses. Fierce fighting continues in the Pokrovsk direction. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have concentrated a serious group here, which allows the Ukrainians to constantly counterattack. This section of the front is also one of the most densely populated with drones. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have a huge number of them. Fighting continues in Dzerzhinsk and on the flanks.

Kursk Region. The Russian Armed Forces will continue to develop the offensive in the Oleshnya and Gornal areas. Also, the Russian Armed Forces are expanding their zone of control in the Sumy Region, where fighting continues in the Loknya area.

Belgorod Region. Another attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to break through our defenses using armored vehicles has been repelled. The enemy's vehicles have been destroyed, but the enemy has not achieved any success. Fighting continues in the Demidovka area and in Popovka.
