US intel report: Iran isn’t building nuclear weapon; Russia developing satellite that can carry bomb

[IsraelTimes] A US intelligence report assesses that Iran isn’t currently building a nuclear weapon, according to Reuters.
But will they, as soon as they have all the parts ready for assembly? And are they working toward getting all the parts ready to be assembled?
It also finds that Russia is developing a new satellite meant to carry a nuclear weapon, which could have “devastating consequences” for the US and the world.
Is this a five year thing or a sometime in the future one? And what about China?
