[Regnum] In Noginsk, Moscow Region, police detained more than 40 people after a mass brawl with shooting. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region.
“42 people were taken to the territorial department for further investigation,” the department’s Telegram channel said
According to preliminary data, the conflict broke out near one of the houses on Lenin Square. The quarrel between citizens quickly escalated into a brawl, during which several shots were fired from a traumatic weapon. One of the participants in the fight was injured and sought medical assistance.
Based on this fact, the investigative authorities opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism”).
As reported by the Regnum news agency, in September 2024, a mass brawl organized by a group of young people was stopped in the city of Tutayev in the Yaroslavl region. All participants in the conflict were detained by OMON and SOBR officers.
