[Korrespondent] The enemy remains highly active in the Pokrovsky direction. There, the Russians are attacking near nine populated areas.
Since the beginning of the day, 77 combat clashes have occurred on the front in 10 directions. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an operational report as of 16:00 on Wednesday, February 19.
Thus, in the Kharkov direction, the enemy attempted to attack near Volchansk four times.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy once tried to advance in the area of ​​Petropavlovka, but the attack was successfully repelled.
In the Limansky direction, nine armed clashes occurred near Nevsky, Yampolevka, Kolodyazi and Grigoryevka. Three armed clashes are ongoing.
In the Seversky direction, the enemy is attacking in the Verkhnekamenskoye area. There is a battle going on there.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attacked three times in the areas of Chasovy Yar and Ivanovskoye. Two combat clashes are currently ongoing.
In the Toretsk direction, the invaders stormed the areas of Ozaryanovka, Toretsk and Leonidovka eight times. Our defenders repelled all attacks.
The enemy remains highly active in the Pokrovsky direction. There have been 18 clashes of varying intensity near the settlements of Zelenoe Pole, Vodyanoye Vtoroye, Yelizavetovka, Novotoretskoye, Promin, Kotlino, Nadeyevka, Andreyevka and Ulakly. Four clashes are still ongoing.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the aggressors attacked 13 times in the areas of Constantinople, Razdolnoye, Novy Komar and Privolnoye. Six battles are currently ongoing.
In the Orekhov direction, the occupiers tried to advance eight times in the areas of Malye Shcherbaki, Novoandreyevka and Stepnoye. Two clashes are still ongoing.
In Kursk region our troops are repelling three attacks. In total, 12 combat clashes have already been recorded. The enemy carried out nine air strikes, dropping 11 guided bombs.
Let us recall that on February 18, Russia lost 1,300 servicemen on the front. The total losses of the aggressor country are approaching 870 thousand.
