The occupiers illegally detained the woman, allegedly suspecting her of collaborating with the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The victim was brutally beaten and sexually assaulted.
Three Russian servicemen aged 28, 30 and 37 have been declared suspects in violating the laws and customs of war. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Chernihiv region.
According to law enforcement officials, three residents of the Republic of Tyva (RF) illegally detained a woman in the village of Yagodnoye in the Chernihiv region in early March 2022, allegedly suspecting her of collaborating with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They took her to a house where they brutally beat her and committed sexual violence.
Later, not satisfied with the above, the invaders transferred the woman to the "death cellar" in the school in the village of Yagodnoye. There they drove out of one of the rooms all the civilians inside and repeated their criminal actions against the victim.
The pre-trial investigation continues.
Let us recall that in the temporarily occupied Starobelsk region, a Russian soldier raped and killed two girls.
It was also reported that the Russian occupier who committed sexual violence against a woman during the temporary occupation of the right-bank part of the Kherson region was declared a suspect.
