According to the Yonhap News Agency; the National Intelligence Service of South Korea has found that over 12,000 North Korean Troops, including Special Forces, have left the Country forming into Four Combat Brigades, with them believed to be Training in Eastern Russia to soon enter the War in Ukraine.
