Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Islamic Affairs has launched its second scientific course for qualifying imams and preachers in the Philippines.
The program, running on its second day, has drawn more than 160 participants (FANATICS) from across the archipelago.
It is conducted by the Religious Attache at the Saudi Embassy in Manila and features prominent scholars such as Fahd Al-Fuhaid.
