[Red State] The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has provided some much-needed clarity on who can and can't register to vote in the upcoming 2024 elections, with the state of Arizona the focus of a new decision on Thursday afternoon. The suit was filed by the state Republican Party and the state Senate President Warren Petersen against a pro-illegals interest group, Mi Familia Vota, and Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D).The Republican caucus of the state Senate reacted on X, calling it a massive win for election integrity:
