| #12 the ever-present rescue tug Cry "Havoc!" and let loose the tugs of war! I wouldn't read too much into this. This is nowhere near enough ships to be scary. I figure they just wanted to take their new boat out for a drive, see if the welds are good, and no one left any parts off. Plus the boys get to R&R in a sunny land with warm girls. The Americans get the vapors and the Russians get the news cycle. One ping only, please. |

| #11 Well Pengy, I don't know the Russian regs, but US boats always have the reactor manned by qualified watchstanders. Even when tied up, shut down, in the shipyard. (I know a dude this happened to. "No, you're gonna be on call for the next year.") |

| #1 So a 4,550 ton frigate, a newer Sub, a fueling tanker (they call a replenishment oiler) and the ever-present rescue tug. That's some fleet, to be sure. The tugs are always present and, in my opinion the most important, should be designated the flagship. |
