In a statement, NISA said that Sakariye Kamal, 28, a Somali National had been on its radar for months before he was arrested while attempting to flee to a hideout at an al-shabaab control territory.
The National Intelligence organization further revealed that Kamal was the criminal mastermind behind a network that smuggled military equipment from abroad concealed as cargo that was seized in May by government forces at the port and airport in Mogadishu.
