- he establishes that a person can profit off gifts given to his children and grandchildren and thus this can be a basis for impeachment
- he covers, in part, the obstruction of justice issue whereby to please the President, others stop various lines of inquiry, delay investigations and factual reports, etc. (he doesn't spell out, that I could find, the apparent intentional lapsing of very substantial tax avoidance charges for Hunter)
- gives a good historical review of impeachments of Presidents, judges, Congressmen, etc.
