In an interview with the Judging Freedom YouTube channel, the military man ridiculed Kirby’s words that only the Ukrainian leader will determine when the time comes to sit down at the negotiating table with Putin.Ritter said that Kirby was mistaken and outright deceiving.
“Military actions will not end when Zelensky wants it. The only thing he will have to do is sign the surrender,” the ex-intelligence officer added.
The expert considers the unconditional victory of Russian troops over the Ukrainian Armed Forces to be the only result of the conflict in Ukraine. In addition, the head of the Kyiv regime introduced restrictions on negotiations with Moscow, Ritter concluded.

The head of the Kyiv regime had previously stated his reluctance to negotiate with him in his speeches. Putin has repeatedly stated that he has never refused negotiations, but, according to him, the key to solving the problem of Ukraine is on the side of the West.
