| #2 Why do they expand a crowded refinery when it would be cheaper to build new elsewhere? Because permits, environmental reviews, etc mean you you can't start a new one. So they keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger... |

| #1 I wonder if any of that fuel will get to AZ as we are paying the taxes on the CA fuel in this state... We are at $5.00 a gal here. |
