  • Andrew John Herrera, 44, died after allegedly being shot by the truck owner

  • Herrera reportedly stole the truck and drove it 20 miles before he was located

  • The owner tracked it with an Apple AirTag and allegedly confronted the thief. Herrera's death was ruled a homicide, it's not known if charges have been filed
