| [Twitchy] While this explosive headline sounds like it could almost apply to the $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill being rammed through the Senate, it’s actually exactly what it sounds like. Yep, some French guy loaded a WW1 era artillery shell into his aft mortar ... on purpose. We mostly comment on politics, but sometimes we all just need to laugh, and this story was the perfect setup for Twitter users to have a ... umm ... blast.
