[DailyStar] A shocking video showing a Russian mercenary brandishing what he claims is the skull of a Ukrainian soldier killed in the battle for Azovstal iron and steel works has sparked outrage online.
The man, identified as pro-Putin fighter Igor Mangushev, called for the deaths of the Ukrainian population in a frenzied rant on stage.
The chilling video was shared by Ukrainian journalist Denys Kazanskyy and The Centre for Strategic Communication and Information Security under the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine.
In the video, which features captioned translations, Mangushev said: "We don't care how many we have to kill them. If we were at war with people we could make peace with them"
"But we are at war with the idea," Mangushev continued, "so all bearers of an idea must be killed like this guy," he said
He described Ukraine as an anti-Russian state and added: "There can be no peace. We must de-Ukrainise Ukraine". |
