Reading the article, it’s clear that the “admission” was straight up sarcasm. After all, heterosexuality is the norm across all racial and ethnic categories, even the Greeks ;-)
- Caravans of LGBTQ supporters and pro-choice advocates came to protest the march
- Both sides clashed, bottles were thrown, protest signs were used as clubs
- A flashbang grenade or firecracker ignited a shrubbery outside the abortion clinic
- Modesto police in riot gear pushed back against a wall of LGBTQ counter-protesters and fired pepper balls into the crowd
