- 'There are two cartels, the Sinoloa cartel and the El Jalisco cartel, killing Americans with fentanyl at catastrophic and record rates like we have never seen before,' Milgram said
- 'Those cartels are acting with calculated, deliberate treachery to get fentanyl to the United States and to get people to buy it,' she said
- In the past year there have been over 107,000 drug overdoses in the U.S., 70 percent of those tied to fentanyl
