The eyewitnesses said IEDs in a TUK-TUK with uniformed soldiers may have caused the earth-shattering kaboom and no casualties reported so far. There’s any immediate claim of responsibility for the earth-shattering kaboom in the city which comes as government prepared to launch an offensive against AlShabaab. |
