- Jordan managed to hide a gun in his crotch after being arrested for trying to steal a Porsche, handcuffed and thrown in a cruiser
- The Civilian Office of Police Accountability released all the bodycam footage, as well as police reports after concluding its investigation in March 2022
- Jordan can be heard telling officers to stay away from his crotch and convincing then to handcuff him in the front which allowed him to reach for the weapon
- Officer Jason Cloherty, now 49, was shot in the neck while James Rowe and James Kurth were also hit but all three survived
- Jordan was sentenced to 31 years in prison for his actions in April 2022, but recently died on April 19 from unknown injuries
