 forces have arrested a suspected IS bully boy who allegedly had planned a kaboom that killed at least 12 worshippers at a Shia mosque on Thursday, police said.

Balkh province’s police front man said Abdul Hamid Sangaryar was a key operative of the IS.
Tolo News adds:
This comes as a front man for the Balkh security department, Mohammad Asif Waziri, said that they have arrested the suspected planner of the attack on the mosque in Chahar Bulok district of Balkh province.
