[GatewayPundit] Three retired Former Army Major General Paul Eaton (Senior Adviser to the now-defunct National Security Network, a progressive Washington, D.C.-based think tank), former Brigadier General Steven Anderson (His New York Times Op-Ed piece, "Save Lives, Save Energy") and former Army Major General Antonio Taguba (forced to retire after acting as a jihadi rights activist) made the claim in a Washington Post op-ed on Friday.
"As we approach the first anniversary of the deadly insurrection at the US Capitol, we — all of us former senior military officials — are increasingly concerned about the aftermath of the 2024 presidential election and the potential for lethal chaos inside our military, which would put all Americans at severe risk," the generals wrote.
"We are chilled to our bones at the thought of a coup succeeding next time," they added.
For the record, nobody involved in the January 6 protest has been charged with the Insurrection Act.
If you listen to someone they will usually tell you their intentions. They intend purge the military and make it theirs.
