[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] - Chicago PD has canceled officers' requested days off this weekend to 'enhance public safety'
- The LAPD says it will have 'enough' officers on duty to deal with any potential uprising but is monitoring the trial
- Portland PD and Washington Metro PD are also watching the verdict
- Other forces are refusing to confirm what they are doing - if anything - to prepare
- Rittenhouse, a white teenager, shot and killed two BLM protesters last year in Kenosha, Wisconsin at the height of civil unrest that swept the country
- There are also fears a verdict could be returned at the same time as one is reached in the case of Ahmaud Arbery's killers
- The black jogger was shot dead in Georgia by three white men in February 2020
