  • Ali al-Naami, 40, was convicted of drowning his three daughters, seven, 12 and 14, in a water tank

  • Two other prisoners, Abdullah Al-Makhali and Mohammed Arman were also executed for child murder

  • Yemen has been embroiled in a civil war since 2014, when Iran-backed Houthis swept across much of the north and seized the capital
