In Japan only half of health workers are vaccinated, despite Japan being a rich country. Germany only recently geared up to deliver vaccines to the population, despite being a rich country. And let us remember that if it were not for the very large investments by rich governments and rich private investors, there would be no vaccines for the WHO to complain about the shortage of for poor nations.
