- They appear to be taking aim at others with dozens of the explosives
- At one point a police patrol car passes as fireworks are lit and thrown
- It is not know exactly where the clip was taken or if any police action was taken
- A police spokesman said: 'Incidents remain under investigation at this time'
- The past few weeks has seen an extraordinary surge in illegal firework displays
