They were also insisting that SpaceX, in their current experimental tests on StarShip, could not receive a frequency allocation permit for 150 meter high flight unless they replaced the test raptor engine with a different test raptor engine! WTF does your engine in a test rocket have a damned thing to do with a frequency allocation for a short time over a very short distance?
