[GatewayPundit] Former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page revealed in a podcast interview with John Solomon that John Durham, the US Attorney from Connecticut tapped by AG Barr to investigate the origins of Spygate, has not contacted him for an interview.Carter Page slammed the FBI in his interview with Mr. Solomon, "It's just a matter of people covering up for their fellow comrades."
Rosenstein signed the June 2017 FISA warrant a month after he wrote the memo authorizing the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller ‐ and 20 pages of this FISA application are STILL REDACTED.
AG Barr tapped Durham to investigate the origins of Spygate last May so why hasn't his team contacted Carter Page for an interview?
Carter Page may not be needed for the investigation at this point (or any point in the future).
Now that the sham impeachment is over, lets see just how swiftly Barr and Durham up their game in order to hold criminals accountable.
| This is the key point. Just yesterday several people found themselves suddenly dismissed from the positions from which they’d been making trouble. (See here.) President Trump and the attorney general have their priorities, and just because we are not seeing progress does not mean things are not being cued up behind the scenes. But as I recall, Mr. Page never looked at the big picture, being a specialty policy wonk, so it would’t be fair to expect it of him now. |
