Quoting the family members of the victim, the 209th Shaheen Corps further added that the Talibs initially rubbed out the disabled man and decapitated him afterwards.

the district administrative chief of Sancharak Naqibullah Daqiq confirmed that the Talibs had kidnapped the victim two weeks ago.
Daqiq further added that the victim was a disabled farmer whose decapitated body was recovered two days ago.
The security situation in Faryab province has tanked during the recent years.
Talibs are active in some districts of Faryab and often conduct terrorist related activities.
